Pure From Evil
My name is Madi Vesty and PURE FROM EVIL is my debut capsule brand. Aotearoa born and raised, the brand is grounded in detailed research and conceptualisation. The brand and the garments produced are a concept of emotion – a contrast of lavish and ephemeral exploring how opulence can coexist with decay and the deathly realm. Sustainably focused, the garments are designed to evoke strong emotion through use of texture, obscure silhouettes and volume. My creative process is a mix of intuition, exploration and intention. Pure From Evil serves as a processing of emotion and the world. The intoxication of fashion has become more than an outlet to create - it is an outlet to survive.
