SKYLAR

Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-08-31

This policy explains what personal information Skylar (operated by Raynham Park) collects, why, and what your rights are. We follow the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

What we collect

Account holders: your email address, name, workspace details, and billing records for paid plans. Sign-in is handled by our identity provider (WorkOS); we never see or store your password.

People added to a workspace: the details an account holder or their team enters to run a show — names, contact details, roles, availability, and show records. The account holder is responsible for this content; we process it only to provide the service to them.

Public applicants: if you apply through a public call-out or casting link, we store the details you submit for the show you applied to, and the account running that show can see them.

Optional ticket analytics: only if you choose Allow analytics on a Show's ticket page, we use a random, Show-specific browser identifier to measure ticket selection, checkout problems, sold-out notices, and completed purchases or waitlist joins. Journey records use broad device and referring-source categories, with links to the order or waitlist record; they do not copy your name, email, IP address or full referring URL. The organiser sees aggregate guest-experience reporting. This choice is separate from ticket terms and marketing consent, and buying or waitlisting never requires it.

What we do not do

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your workspace content to train models or for advertising. We only send messages you or your show's organisers initiate, plus essential service notices.

Where data lives

Data is stored with Cloudflare (application and database infrastructure) and, for payments, Stripe. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments; card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems.

Retention

Optional ticket analytics identifiers expire after 90 days, with expired journey records and their links removed by an hourly cleanup. You can withdraw through the ticket page's Optional ticket analytics control; this removes that browser's journey for that Show without cancelling tickets or waitlist registrations. Declining stops further analytics in that browser. Order and waitlist records follow their own operational retention requirements.

Workspace data is kept while the account is open. When an account closes we delete or irreversibly anonymise its data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law. Public application submissions are retained under the show's workspace and are deleted with it.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. If your details were entered by a show's organisers, we will route your request to them as the responsible party and help make sure it is honoured. Contact us at studio@raynhampark.io; you may also complain to the Office of the New Zealand Privacy Commissioner.
