Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Skylar, the show production platform operated by Raynham Park ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Skylar you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Skylar helps you plan and run fashion shows and similar productions: people, casting, sessions, schedules, ticketing, and communications. Skylar is currently an early-access product; features may change, and we will communicate material changes to account owners.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your workspace and for the actions taken under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Your content

Everything you enter — people, shows, applications, photos, documents — remains yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and display that content to run the service for you. You are responsible for having the right to store the personal details of the people you add, and for using call-out and casting submissions only for the show they were submitted to.

4. Plans and payment

Starter costs NZ$20 per month including GST and currently includes one active Production with one Show and up to 15 portal users. Pro costs NZ$50 per month including GST and includes unlimited Shows, Productions, and portal users. Plans are billed in advance through Stripe. You can cancel or change plan in the hosted billing portal; access continues to the confirmed end of the paid period. If a payment becomes past due, the Plan & Billing page shows any temporary grace deadline before access ends. Checkout completion alone does not activate a plan: access changes only after Stripe confirms the subscription. A discount code applies only on the terms shown in Stripe Checkout. A complimentary Pro grant, if expressly provided, ends at its recorded deadline and is not a paid subscription. No unlisted future price, founding-price duration, grandfathering arrangement, or continuing no-charge access is promised by these terms.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Skylar to send spam, to store content you have no right to hold, or to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that put other customers, the public, or the service at risk, and will tell you why.

6. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but Skylar is provided "as is" during early access. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.

7. Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. On closure we delete or irreversibly anonymise your workspace data within 90 days, except records we must keep by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
